This person called me saying they were calling from a law firm and that they would have a warrent issued and have me arrested if i didnt take care of the matter immediatly and when i asked to recieve paper work verification the guy would not give it to me and hung up on me. i was advised by a law office that this was a scam.

He claimed to be a Pacific Homes employee rather than with a contract telemarketing group. I explained that I had enough of different people calling me with offers, often within the same day. He was persistent, I'll give him that. He even said he'd send someone to the house even after I declined very strongly. Caller did not respond to request to give his name...and terminated the conversation.

Continuesly calls my familys house and claims to have court paperwork to serve me with me, the case number they claim is a court case number which is not because I have worked in a court house before, they are scammers who are ckaiming they are from the court house, something should be done about debt collectors like this, they only wish they had a decent job like working in a court house rather than a crappy job like theirs..

dirty bastards will not remove my number. when asked to speak to his manager, he got real stupid. boy if i could just get my hands on him...i'd rip the rag right off his greasy hollow head

This guy did the same thing to me yesterday. He called about every hour with a phone number that is not a number. He left me voice mail after voice mail. Finally I was able to answer and he told me I need an attoney that I was reported for fraud. I work in the court system. He was rude and loud, couldn't understand a word he was saying and never let me get in a word. When I was able to ask him a question he never answered the question, he just went around the question. He knew my home add, social #, e-mail, and birth date. This is scary. Dont let him do this to you.

Calls just about once every other day, at around 5pm. I pick up, no one ever answers. Someone stop these illegal telemarketers. I'm on a the do not call list, and while this is generally working pretty well these days, these guys ignore it, and need to be punished.

Calls me everyday 2 times per day and no one is there, this is getting to be very annoying. I call the number back and get, "all circuits are busy at this time."

Called to Sweden today. Strange. Some message was told

Calling from CRS stating they are collecting debt for the IRS. After asking to fax me the information he was seeing on screen he said he would just submit it as fraud.

Scammer caller

I was informed by James Brown that I owed an outstanding debt to a payday loan company, and that I would be a getting charges pressed on me if I didn't pay this. I asked for documentation of this and he said that he could not provided it to me. I said that until I have proof regarding this matter I would not pay He wasn't to happy with me and said that he was only doing his job. I said that I understand that but that I still wouldn't be giving him any money.
